Depending on the rate category you selected, modifications and cancellations may be possible directly through our website. Simply click here to proceed. Please review your reservation confirmation for specific terms related to your booking rate.
To request a change or cancellation, kindly email us at mak@avaneohotels.com, including your booking number and the original arrival and departure dates. We will promptly send you a confirmation of your request. For reservations made through third-party providers, please reach out directly to their customer service for assistance.

Payment
Depending on the rate and conditions of your booking, payment for your stay can be made at the time of booking via credit card, PayPal or through a payment link. Alternatively, you can pay at check-in using a credit or debit card. Cash payments are accepted only during the information desk's opening hours.
For prepaid rates, immediate payment by credit card is required at the time of online booking. For all other rates, a credit card is mandatory as a guarantee when booking. Payment can then be completed online via credit card, PayPal or through a payment link.
Corporate contract clients and guests with cost coverage enjoy the convenience of paying on account.
American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa and V-Pay are accepted at our hotel.
Corporate customers will automatically receive their invoice via a link sent by email after the guest's departure, with a request to transfer the invoice amount. Please note that corporate customers can only check out on account if we have received a declaration of cost coverage. The billing address can be provided at both check-in and check-out, either online or at the kiosk.
Other guests can request an invoice at check-out, which we will gladly send to the company address provided at that time. The invoice link will be emailed to you. Please take note of any additional information provided during check-in.
For bookings made through booking portals with direct payment, please contact the customer service of the respective portal to obtain your invoice. Please ensure that all charges for our bistro or additional services are settled by the evening before departure if you do not wish them to appear on your final bill. Unfortunately, it is not possible to correct or split the bill afterwards.
Arrival
Your booked room will be available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know in advance. Depending on your desired arrival time, additional charges may apply for early check-in.
You can enjoy the convenience of flexible and independent check-in at any time using our online check-in or check-in kiosk, where you can also create your key card. If you haven't provided your registration details during the reservation process, you can easily enter them at the kiosk or online. Additionally, if your stay hasn't been paid for yet, you can complete the payment using a credit or debit card at the kiosk or credit card and PayPal with the online check-in.
You can conveniently check in at the hotel even if you arrive late at night. If you arrive outside of our opening hours, you will receive an email on the day of your arrival containing your PIN code for check-in access. Please refer to your booking confirmation for further details.
If you happen to lose your key card, you can easily generate a replacement at our check-in kiosk, even outside of regular business hours. Simply enter your reservation details to receive a new card. Please be aware that a service and handling fee of €5.00 may apply for lost key cards. We recommend completing your check-in online or at the kiosk to ensure all personal information is current. Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. However, subject to availability and with prior notice, a later check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.
We offer three convenient options for checking out:
1. Kiosk or online Check-Out
Use the kiosk or your mobile device to complete your check-out process.
Specify your desired invoice address/company address, and we will email you the invoice link.
Please settle any outstanding balance conveniently using a credit or debit card at the terminal, or complete your payment online. Drop your key card in the black check-out box.
2. Quick Check-Out Service
Find necessary forms and envelopes on each floor near the elevator.
Please deposit your key card in the black check-out box located next to the exit.
3. Front Office Check-Out
During our information service hours, you may also check out at our front office and return your key card.
On your departure day, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Stay
Access to our high-speed WiFi network, Avaneo Hotels, is complimentary for you.
To use the guest WiFi, simply select the Avaneo Hotels network.

If items continue to arrive with us for you after your departure, we will be happy to forward them to you for a refund of the charges.
We offer three terraces for your enjoyment. The terrace at the main entrance and the one at the back of the building are available when weather conditions allow. Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Additionally, weather permitting, you may access the rooftop terrace on the top floor. Please check the notice board on the ground floor for updates on its availability. Kindly note that due to weather or other circumstances, not all terraces may be accessible at all times. For safety reasons, open flames, including barbecues, are prohibited on all terraces and throughout the outdoor area. Please be aware that these areas are under video surveillance.
Opening hours
Our information desk is open from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. From Friday to Sunday, we are available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Our Bistro & Pizzeria serves breakfast from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. On weekends and holidays, we offer our bistro breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The Bistro is open from Monday to Thursday evenings, serving hot meals from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Bar remains open until 9:30 p.m. On holidays, both the Bistro and Bar are closed in the evening.
Parking Spaces
The hotel offers plenty of free parking spaces directly on-site, which are monitored by video, as well as additional spaces in the surrounding area. There are also complimentary parking spots available for vans, buses and trucks both at the hotel and nearby. Please note that only the parking spaces directly at the hotel are video-monitored.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be securely stored at no cost, up to a certain number, with prior arrangement. Please note that the hotel cannot assume liability for any damage or theft.
There are two parking spaces available for electric cars directly at the charging station, and we kindly ask that you reserve them when booking. Please note that a charging cable must be brought along. The authorization card for the charging station can be collected from the information desk during opening hours and returned by dropping it in the check-out box. In case of loss, a fee of 250 EUR will be charged.
For guests with corporate rate agreements, charging is complimentary using the provided cards. Alternatively, guests can settle their charging sessions via their own app or opt for a flat fee of 5.00 EUR as hotel guests using our charge card.
Catering
Indulge in our ample and high-quality breakfast offerings, available Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Our bistro breakfast features fresh pastries alongside a delightful selection of cold meats and cheeses. You can conveniently book your breakfast when making your reservation.
Please indicate under 'Special Requests' if you would like the breakfast included on the total invoice or if you require a separate invoice, along with any necessary billing address details. If you haven't booked breakfast yet, you can easily order it online here.
Our Bistro & Pizzeria welcomes guests from Monday to Thursday, offering a delightful dining experience between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. Please note that the bistro remains closed in the evenings on holidays.

Guests can look forward to a diverse array of freshly prepared dishes, complemented by seasonal and regional offerings. Our menu features an enticing selection of pizzas and weekly specials, providing a wide variety of contemporary Mediterranean and local culinary delights.
Our 'We Proudly Serve - Starbucks Café' invites you to enjoy a selection of the world's most popular coffee specialties. Delight in Starbucks coffee made with fresh beans and perfectly frothed milk. Customize your favorite brew with extra shots and a variety of coffee bean options to suit your taste. Additionally, our bar offers an impressive array of beverages, including local and international beers, regional wines, exceptional soft drinks and cocktails as well as expertly crafted long drinks. A carefully curated selection of fine spirits is also available.
For your convenience, outside of the bar's operating hours, our vending machines provide access to a variety of drinks, snacks, and essential items to enhance your stay. These machines accept card payments, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Rooms
Each of our rooms is designed to be bright, spacious, and efficient, furnished to the highest standards. Experience unparalleled comfort with our luxurious extra-long beds by Coco-Mat, crafted exclusively from natural materials and meticulously handcrafted. The elevated box spring beds come with an integrated pillow menu, ensuring a restful night's sleep to start your day refreshed.
Our rooms are equipped with functional LED lighting, conveniently placed power sockets with USB ports, intelligent room control systems, and a desk complete with a reading lamp and additional USB-enabled power socket. Enjoy entertainment on a smart TV and unwind in the bathroom featuring a rain shower, WC, hairdryer, and high-quality terry products. Indulge in our premium care products, which are naturally sourced and sustainably produced.
For those opting for our Long Stay Deluxe rooms, additional amenities include a refrigerator, tea and coffee station, microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery for your convenience.
While our rooms do not feature a minibar, we ensure that refreshments and snacks are readily accessible to all our guests. Throughout the hotel, you will find complimentary water dispensers offering fresh table water at any time of day or night. Additionally, our 24/7 coffee bar provides an inviting selection of complimentary beverages, including freshly brewed coffee and an assortment of teas. The entire building benefits from an advanced, sensor-controlled heating and cooling system known as concrete core activation. This intelligent system ensures optimal temperature regulation throughout the premises. Complementing this, an integrated ventilation system guarantees consistent and thorough air exchange, even with the windows closed.
In our commitment to climate and environmental protection, we have consciously chosen to forgo traditional air conditioning systems that can harm the environment. Instead, we offer fans for your comfort on particularly warm summer days.
The building's envelope is crafted entirely from natural materials such as wood and wood fibers. This choice not only enhances sustainability but also naturally regulates humidity levels, promoting a healthy indoor environment in harmony with our room control and ventilation systems.
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our energy practices. We generate a significant portion of our electricity on-site and utilize energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the building. However, we kindly ask our guests to help conserve energy by turning off the lights when leaving their rooms.
In your room, you'll find that the lighting can be easily adjusted with toggle switches, allowing you to control the main lights and bedside lamps independently. The bathroom features an advanced presence and motion detector system that automatically illuminates the space upon entry and turns off three minutes after you leave. Should the automatic light control not respond as expected, simply press the button with the green dot on the motion detector to manually switch the light on or off.

Our Scandinavian windows are designed to open outward, offering several advantages. Even when closed, they allow for a natural exchange of air under normal weather conditions. In windy situations, the external pressure helps seal the window more effectively than conventional designs. For safety, these windows are equipped with child safety locks. To partially open the window, simply unhook the safety latches and gently push the window outward. For full access, you will need to disengage the window sash from the child safety lock; detailed instructions can be found in the bottom corner of the window.
Additionally, our bathrooms are equipped with an automatic ventilation system that activates after two minutes of presence and continues for 12 minutes after the room is vacated. If re-entered within this period, the timer resets to ensure optimal air quality.

Daily room cleaning is included with all our rates, except for our Long Stay Special, which follows a different cleaning schedule. For stays of two nights or more, you have the option to decline room cleaning for the following day by using our 'Green Button', conveniently located next to the mirror in each bathroom. As a token of appreciation for your environmentally conscious choice, we offer rewards such as a voucher card, complimentary entry to MAK-Bad including access to the SPA area, or discounts at our Bistro and on NATURE cosmetics products.
Our double rooms can accommodate an extra bed for babies and toddlers up to 3 years old. Additionally, depending on the child's size, we offer the option to convert the windowsill into a sleeping area. For families traveling with more than one child, we invite you to contact us directly so we can explore personalized accommodation options. While our hotel primarily caters to business travelers, we are pleased to offer these family-friendly arrangements upon request.
We warmly welcome pets to stay with us, as we are pet and dog owners ourselves. However, please be aware that we have a limited number of designated 'pet rooms.' If these rooms are already occupied, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional pets. Therefore, it's important to inform us at the time of your reservation if you plan to travel with a pet. We allow one pet per room, and dogs up to a shoulder height of 60 cm are welcome. Larger animals cannot be accommodated.
Due to past experiences where some guests did not adhere to our guidelines, we've had to impose certain restrictions on this service. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. A one-time service fee of 18 EUR per room/pet is charged for final cleaning. Please be considerate of other guests, as pets may not always be allowed in public areas.
For any unregistered pets, a final cleaning fee of 50 EUR will apply, and we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract immediately and without notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Most of our rooms are thoughtfully designed with level access, and the majority include barrier-free bathrooms and showers, making them suitable for guests with limited mobility. However, we do not have fully disability-adapted rooms equipped for specialized wheelchairs or other specific requirements. To ensure a seamless experience and avoid any surprises, we strongly encourage you to discuss your specific accessibility needs with us prior to booking. This will allow us to confirm that we can meet your expectations and provide the most comfortable stay possible.
All of our rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated area outside, accessible only through the main entrance on the ground floor. Please be aware that the emergency exit doors on each floor are alarmed and will trigger an alert if opened. Any costs incurred from unauthorized use of these exits, such as security, police, or fire brigade services, will be charged to you. Similarly, failure to comply with our no-smoking policy within the rooms or building will result in a 250 EUR fee for ozone cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.
Our rooms are designed to be virtually allergen-free, providing a comfortable environment for allergy sufferers. The furnishings, including the beds, are crafted primarily from natural and easy-to-clean materials. Thanks to the special composition with natural rubber, our beds, along with the blankets and pillows, are particularly well-suited for those with allergies. We strive to ensure a restful and worry-free stay for all our guests.
