We are an AirPlus partner hotel. Corporate customers with an AirPlus account can conveniently settle their hotel bookings with us via AirPlus.

We are happy to accept declaration of cost coverage for employees and partners from our corporate contract customers.

The Avaneo Hotel Marktredwitz has two event rooms with outdoor terraces. We will be happy to work out an individual offer tailored to your needs for a perfect event.

After you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In the confirmation you will find all the information, e.g. about the current service and opening hours of our information desk and bistro.

Especially in business life, it can happen that the stay booked with us has to be postponed or cancelled. Depending on the rate booked, we will of course help you to rebook your stay for another date.

Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the conditions of the rate you have booked. In any case, please send us an e-mail with your change and cancellation request to and be sure to include your booking number and the originally booked arrival and departure dates.

You will then receive a corresponding confirmation from us. For bookings made via third-party providers, please contact the respective provider's customer service.


Depending on the rate booked and the conditions, payment for your stay is made either directly at the time of booking by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, via payment link or at check-in by credit or debit card. Cash payment is only possible during opening hours at the information desk.

Corporate contract customers and guests with cost coverage pay conveniently on account.

You can pay with American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa and V-Pay at the hotel.

Corporate contract customers receive the invoice automatically after the guests' departure by e-mail or by post, with a request for transfer of the invoice amount.

All other guests have the option of requesting an invoice when checking out. We are happy to issue the invoice to the desired company address. The invoice address must be given at check-out. You will receive the invoice by e-mail. Please also note the information at check-in.

For reservations via booking portals with direct collection, please contact the customer service of the respective portal to request the invoice.

Please note that possible bistro and extra services must be paid at the latest on the evening before the day of departure if they are not to appear on the total invoice. A subsequent correction or invoice splitting is not possible.


Your booked room is available for you from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival.

If you wish to check into your room before 2:30 p.m., please let us know in good time. Depending on the desired arrival time, additional charges may apply for an early check-in.

You can check in at the hotel flexibly and independently at any time at our check-in kiosk and create your key card.

If you have not yet provided us with your registration details when making your reservation, you can easily enter them at the check-in kiosk and - if your stay has not yet been paid for - also make payment by credit or debit card.

You can also check in at the hotel late or at night. If you arrive after 9:30 p.m., please request your PIN code for check-in access by e-mail on the day of arrival. You will find more details on your booking confirmation.

In case of loss of the key card, it is possible to generate a replacement card at the check-in kiosk even outside opening hours. However, this service is only available if the check-in has been completed at the check-in kiosk. We reserve the right to charge a service and expense fee of 5.00 EUR for lost key cards.

For this reason, we recommend that you check in at the check-in kiosk and complete the booking there with your personal data (registration form data).


On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

There are three options for your check-out:

1. You check out conveniently at the kiosk. There you can also specify the address / company address you want on the invoice and we will send you the invoice by e-mail. If there is still an outstanding amount to pay, you have the option of settling it at the terminal with your credit or debit card.

2. You use our quick check-out service. You will find the necessary forms and envelopes on each floor next to the lift.

In both cases, please drop your key card into the black check-out box next to the exit.

3. During our information service hours, you can also check out at our front office and hand in your key card.


Access to our high-speed WiFi network AVANEO HOTELS is free of charge for you.

To use it, it is necessary that you agree to the terms of use.

To do so, please tick the box at the top of the homepage and click the "continue to internet" button at the bottom of the page.

We will gladly accept your letter and parcel post for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to include your full name on all items::

If items continue to arrive with us for you after your departure, we will be happy to forward them to you for a refund of the charges.

There are a total of three terraces at your disposal. Our terrace at the main entrance and the terrace at the back of the building are open when the weather is suitable. Please keep to the times of the night's rest (10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.).

Weather permitting, you are welcome to use the roof terrace on the top floor. Please refer to the notice board on the ground floor to find out if and when it is open.

Fires, naked lights and barbecues are not permitted on the terraces or in the entire outdoor area. The outdoor area and the terraces are under video surveillance.

Opening hours

Our information desk is open from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 5  to 9 p.m.

From Friday to Sunday, the information desk is open from 8 a.m. to noon.

Our Bistro & Pizzeria is open for breakfast Monday to Friday from 7  to 10 a.m. On weekends and holidays we serve our bistro breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m.

Bistro & bar are open from Monday to Thursday from 5.30 to 8.30 p.m. On holidays Bistro & Bar are closed in the evening.

Parking Spaces

There are plenty of free, video-monitored parking spaces directly at and around the hotel.

Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored free of charge up to a certain number by prior arrangement. No liability is accepted for damage or theft.

Two parking spaces are available for electric cars directly at the charging station. We ask for reservation when booking. A charging cable must be brought along.

The authorisation card for the charging station must be collected from the information desk during opening hours. The card can be returned by dropping it in the check-out box.

In case of loss of the charging card, 250 EUR will be charged.


Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 a.m. and Saturday, Sunday and on holidays from 7 to 10 a.m. you will receive a bistro breakfast with fresh pastries and a selection of cold meats and cheeses.

You can book the breakfast directly when making your reservation. Please let us know under "Special requests", in addition to the billing address if necessary, whether the breakfast should be shown on the total invoice or whether you need a separate invoice for it.

Our Bistro & Pizzeria is open from Monday to Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. On holidays the bistro is closed in the evening.

At the Avaneo Bistro & Pizzeria we serve traditional as well as modern Mediterranean specialties. You can expect a varied composition of freshly prepared dishes, rounded off with various seasonal and regional dishes. Our pizza and weekly recommendations as well as changing menus offer you a wide selection of contemporary Mediterranean and local delights.

Our "We Proudly Serve - Starbucks Café" offers a selection of the world's most popular coffee specialties. Starbucks coffee delight made with fresh coffee beans and perfectly frothed milk. You can even personalize your favorite coffee with extra shots and coffee bean options.

Drinks and snacks are available around the clock in the fridge, at the coffee station or in the vending machine. Please make sure you have enough and preferably suitable coinage ready. Notes are not accepted by the vending machines.


All rooms are bright, spacious, efficient and furnished to a high standard. The luxury extra-long beds by Coco-Mat are made exclusively of natural materials and were all handcrafted. The raised box spring beds with integrated pillow menu ensure a restful sleep to start the new day well.

In addition, all rooms have functional LED lighting, optimally placed power sockets with USB port, intelligent room control, desk with reading lamp, power socket incl. USB port, smart TV, bathroom with rain shower and WC, hairdryer, high quality terry products, care products from sustainable production and much more. The Long Stay Deluxe rooms are additionally equipped with a refrigerator, tea and coffee station, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

No, there is no minibar in the rooms.

However, drinks and snacks are available around the clock in the refrigerator, at the coffee station or in the vending machine.

The heating and air conditioning of the entire building is provided by an intelligent and sensor-controlled component or concrete core activation system. An integrated forced ventilation system ensures regular and complete air exchange at all times, even when the windows are closed.

For reasons of climate and environmental protection, we have deliberately dispensed with an artificial and climate-damaging air conditioning system. We are happy to provide fans for hot summer days.

The entire building envelope consists of purely natural building materials, such as wood and wood fibers. This regulates the air humidity to a natural and healthy level in interaction with the room control and forced ventilation.

The lighting in the room and at the beds can be switched independently of each other by simply operating the toggle switches.

The bathroom is equipped with a presence and motion detector that also controls the room. When you enter the bathroom, the light switches on automatically and switches off again three minutes after you leave the bathroom.

If the automatic light control does not respond, please press lightly on the button on the motion detector with the green dot to switch the light on and off again.

Our Scandinavian windows can be opened outwards. This technology has the advantage that in normal weather conditions a certain exchange of air can always take place, even when the window is closed, and in windy weather the window closes better than a conventional window due to the pressure from outside.

Since the window sash only opens outwards, it is equipped with a child safety lock. To open the window inside the child safety lock, please unhook the hooks and push the window outwards. To open the window completely, the window sash must be removed from the child safety lock (see instructions in the bottom corner of the window).

Daily room cleaning is included in all rates. Only our Long Stay Special includes a different cleaning cycle.

From a stay of at least 2 nights, you can make use of our offer, in each case for the next day, of waiving room cleaning via our "Green Button", which you will find in every room next to the mirror. We reward your commitment - for the sake of the environment - with a voucher card, resp. free entry at MAK-Bad incl. SPA-area or discounts on our Bistro as well as NATURE cosmetics offer.

In our double rooms there is the possibility to consider an extra bed for babies and toddlers up to 3 years or to allow an extra bed for a child up to 5 years free of charge.

For accommodation for more than one child, please call us so that we can discuss the possibilities with you individually.

Pets are welcome to stay with us. Please note that we have only a limited number of "pet rooms" available. If these are already occupied, it is unfortunately not possible to accommodate you with pet. Therefore, please indicate already at the time of reservation that you wish to travel with pet.

Only one pet is allowed per room. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 60 cm are welcome. Larger animals cannot be accommodated. We are pet and dog owners ourselves. However, there are unfortunately people who do not want to follow "rules of the game" and so we were forced by the behavior of some guests sadly to massively restrict this service. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

For the final cleaning we charge a one-time service fee of 18 EUR per room/animal.

Please be considerate of other guests and understand that pets cannot always be accepted in the public areas.

For unregistered pets we charge a final cleaning fee of 50 EUR and reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract immediately and without notice.

All rooms have level access. The bathrooms and showers are barrier-free accessible in almost all rooms.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in the entire building. To smoke, please leave the building only through the entrance on the ground floor.

The escape doors on each floor are alarm-protected and trigger an alarm every time they are opened. We will have to charge you for any costs incurred by unauthorized opening (security service, police and fire brigade).

The same applies to non-observance of the smoking ban in the rooms or inside the building. In this case, we charge 250 EUR for ozone cleaning.

Our rooms are virtually allergen-free. The entire furnishings, including the beds, are made of mainly natural and easy-to-clean materials. Due to the special composition with natural rubber, our beds incl. blankets and pillows are also ideally suited for allergy sufferers.
